About the platform
What is Uber for Talent?
Uber for Talent is a local marketplace that connects employers with skilled job seekers — for every trade, role, and service. Post jobs, match on skills and location, chat securely, hire with NDAs when needed, and manage delivery through approval, reviews, and payments.
The mobile app extends that same workflow so you can stay on top of applications, messages, and payouts without sitting at a desk.
Jobs on the go
Browse openings, apply, and track hired work from your phone — same marketplace as the web portal.
Real-time chat
Stay in sync with employers or talent. Offers, updates, and delivery notes land where you already work.
Payments & receipts
Confirm payments, follow escrow status, and keep transaction history close when you need it.
Trusted marketplace
Verified profiles, NDAs, and admin support keep hiring and freelance work on Uber for Talent safer.
